Over 20 years as an entreprenuer, founding BPC Solutions, which merged to form VLT, Malaysia's largest & award winning independent digital firm recognised in SEA. VLT’s investments & business interests also includes startup acceleration, venture capital, infrastructure, education & enabling communities which later led to VLT Labs being acquired by McKinsey & Company.

Prior to being co-founder of Polymath, Fazil held several positions in Rocket Internet Malaysia. He was appointed as part of the founding team of Zalora and Lazada Malaysia, the two of the fastest growing companies in SEA and arguably responsible for being a catalyst towards the explosive growth of e-commerce in South East Asia.

Eugene Lim started his career in print, then advertising and marketing. He was very active in the early days of BBSes in Malaysia and co-founded Sosaria BBS, the 3rd largest pre-internet community in Malaysia. When the internet arrived in Malaysia the bug bit him hard and subsequently he abandoned his life in the agency world to pursue all things web.

Edward is a Computer Science graduate from Boston University, USA. He is a business builder and technopreneur. Having co-founded his first technology company, Kreatevee, a digital signage solution provider, he served as CTO and subsequently CEO, eventually exiting the company in 2015. Today, he mentors agile teams for clients in Malaysia, Singapore and Australia.

He is also an avid hackathon attendee and startup mentor to various startups within the digital space.
